Oxcart Permit Systems Refund Policy:
The unit of government from which you are purchasing this permit is solely responsible for setting all permit fee prices.
Applicants seeking refunds must contact the unit of government from which they purchased the permit. The unit of government may issue or refuse refunds in their sole discretion. Oxcart Permit Systems will not issue refunds on permits.
Oxcart Permit Systems convenience and credit card processing fees are non-refundable, even if the government issues a refund for the permit. The maximum refund any government agency may issue shall not exceed the total cost of the permit, less any convenience and credit card processing fees.
PERMIT FEE REFUNDS:
Permit fee refunds are issued at the discretion of the municipality issuing your permit. Oxcart Permit Systems CANNOT authorize refunds on the municipality's behalf. You will need to contact them directly to request a refund, either using the contact information listed on the permit or via the Message feature within Oxcart.
