If you're having trouble submitting a permit application try these things:
Check for Errors
Scroll through the application and look for errors. Error messages will appear to the right of the application field.
All required application fields are marked with a red asterisk and must be filled in before submitting the application.
Check the Route
If the application uses a map, the map must be populated and showing a route with turn-by-turn directions underneath it.
If the application uses text for routing, there must be text in the field.
Check your Browser
Restart your browser and open a private window before logging back in to Oxcart.
