I signed up with Oxcart so I could apply for a permit, but I have not received any emails to set up my user account. What should I do?

Where is my account verification email?

After creating your Oxcart account, you will receive a confirmation email to verify your account. Emails are sent from notifications@oxcartpermits.com. Please add this address to your safe sender list to ensure consistent delivery. If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

If you continue to experience issues, contact us at support@oxcartpermits.com.  Please do not attempt to create a second account!

IMPORTANT: Microsoft no longer supports email addresses ending in hotmail.com, live.com, or msn.com. If you are using one of these, you may not receive system emails from Oxcart. We recommend setting up a free gmail.com or yahoo.com account to ensure reliable communication.
