Municipalities may choose to refund permit fees at their discretion. Applicants should contact the municipality directly to request a refund, with the understanding that a refund may not be granted.
Oxcart will not issue refunds for the convenience fee or credit card processing fees unless the issue is directly caused by our software. This is because Oxcart is charged by the payment processor for every transaction.
