Oxcart Permit Systems is the software municipalities use to process permits; Oxcart does not review or approve applications. The review timeline is determined entirely by the municipality where you applied.
To check when your permit will be reviewed, you’ll need to contact the municipality directly. You can use the contact details from a previously approved permit, or reach out through the Messages feature in your account. To access this, hover over your company name at the top left of your dashboard and select “Messages” from the dropdown menu.
