Approved permits are not valid until and unless they have been paid in full, so the availability of some actions will be limited. The best way to see what options are available is by clicking on the Action button.
In many cases, you have the ability to preview the permit, view/add documents, view the activity log, send a payment reminder, suspend/revoke the permit, clone, view/add inspections, view the map, and view internal notes.
You are not able to revise a permit or receive route/work/tow notifications until the permit has been paid in full.
Approved permits, regardless of payment status, cannot be cancelled.
