Yes, there are several ways for municipal users to access and download permit activity. After signing into your Oxcart account, hover over your account menu at the top of the page and select Reports. This will bring you to your report center.
You have several pre-set reports you can run. All choices will downloaded as CSV (excel) files. Fill out the criteria for the report you'd like to run and select Generate. Once generated your report will be listed on the right side of the screen for you to download.
Payments contains financial information for all permits that have payment associated with them.
Permits contains both payment and all permit data. You will see each field on your application laid out in a spreadsheet.
Applicant Emails contains email addresses of applicants who have obtained your permits. You can use this to copy/paste into an email message to all your customers.
If you’d like to refine the search data, simply return to the account menu and choose Search Applications.
On the search page click the orange Change Filters button to customize a spreadsheet with data from your account.
Set any search parameters you desire and check off any columns you'd like included. Be sure to Apply your changes.
Once done, click Profile to save your customized report. To run a saved profile, simply return to this page and click on Profile. From there, you can choose the profile you'd like to load.
