This could mean two things:

  1. The data the applicant entered does not match the regulations of your local government.

  2. There is an error in the programming of your local regulations within Oxcart.

In either case, you have several choices:

  1. Deny the permit.

  2. Figure out why the permit did not match and contact the carrier to see if they want to make any changes.

  3. Click on Change Permit and assign a permit category, fee and permit duration and then approve the permit. You can assign any permit category you'd like as long as you collect the appropriate fee.

If you are consistently seeing permits that don't match please reach out to support@oxcartpermits.com so we can troubleshoot why permits are not matching.
