Yes! For OS/OW permits, the applicant will be emailed a PDF copy of the permit and it will be available for download in their dashboard. An exception to this rule is if you have changed the price of the permit, the applicant will be required to submit credit card data again before downloading. This is because Oxcart can only charge the credit card in the exact amount it was pre-authorized for.
For Right-of-Way permits, the applicant is emailed an approval notification and may use that email or login to their Oxcart account to make payment on the permit. Once payment is submitted, the permit is immediately available to the applicant.
