No. The hyperlink in the email is provided for your convenience. If you are already signed in to your Oxcart account, clicking it will take you directly to the permit for approval. If you are not signed in, the link will first redirect you to the login page and then automatically open the permit application.
You can also review the permit application from your Oxcart dashboard by clicking the blue "Action" button next to the pending application and selecting "Approve/Deny".
