You can edit or update any field within a submitted application. To set the permit fee to zero, simply enter 0 in the “Permit Fee” box—no dollar signs are required. Permit fees must be updated before the application is approved.
After updating the permit fee, please continue reviewing the application as you normally would.
Please note, when applying, applicants are still required to enter their credit card information to complete the submission process. However, if the permit fee is adjusted to $0, the preauthorization is automatically released, and the applicant will not be charged the full permit amount.
Additionally, depending on our agreement, $0 permits may still be subject to the lowest applicable Oxcart fee as well as standard credit card processing fee.
