How do I access a private browsing window?

Last updated on 26 Mar, 2026

Using a private browsing window prevents your history and site data from being stored. It also helps ensure you're accessing the most current version of the site. To ensure optimal functionality, we recommend clearing your cache and using a private browsing window each time you log in to Oxcart.

To get started, open your browser, click File and choose New Incognito Window (Chrome) or New Private Window (Firefox and Safari).  Then visit www.oxcartpermits.com to login. Please do not use a saved bookmark to access our site.
